Feeling a bit June Cleaver-ish, I thought it would be appropriate to take my photo in where else? The kitchen cause I like to eat not because I belong in the kitchen. Unless you consider ordering Chinese food delivery, I didn’t cook anything all weekend. But Brent did! Look what I ate!
Deep Fried Oreo Ice Cream with Homemade Caramel sauce that I literally dumped in there! Haha Reminds me of El Torito as a kid.
For the face I had on my usual suspects- Marc Jacobs Beauty Foundation (today was Marvelous Mousse which for dry aging skin is great since it is medium coverage that buffs out easily and is light and airy but I also love his other ones) I used the MJBeauty Brush 2. Also my go to Hour Glass Ambient Lighting Edit. This shh is basically air brushing your face. No kidding. It enhances your face by catching and reflecting different light. It’s made of finely milled sparkles giving you a glow instead of looking like a glitter art project. Eyeshadow, I used Anastasia’s Modern Romance. First I used my Too Faced eyeshadow primer then dusted it off with the shade Tempera. Next I did my window wiper move on the crease using Burnt Orange. Then I grabbed a smaller blending brush and on outer corner using Red Ochre, Haha I’m bad and I used my finger to swipe Vermeer just on the lid for that ombré look. I made sure to blend after each application with a blending brush which I always have a few handy. Eyeliner, I used Tarte’s Liquid liner. Eyebrows I think I used It! Cosmetics.

Touch up bag- Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara, I flip flop between this and MJBeauty. I just got this MJBeauty newer lippie Kiss POP in Wham. It’s kind of fruit punch flavored. I topped it off with Too Faced Liquid Latex gloss in that hot pink. I used Plum lip liner to lessen the in your face hot pink of the combined colors. Under my eyes I used a Midnight Blue eyeliner which I got from Ipsy months and love. Both pencils were from NYX. I prefer many luxury beauty brands such as Hourglass and MarcJBeauty but I’m also clutzy and will lose pencils very easily. So, I really don’t like spending too much on something I know will fall out of my purse after the second use. I read that NYX liners are similar to MAC product and packaging wise. Hahaha well I’ve actually mistaken one for the other in my makeup box too many times.
